Located on Rua do Breiner in Porto, this project involves the rehabilitation of a building that is characteristic of the city, preserving its architectural identity and enhancing its heritage while adapting it to the demands of contemporary use.

The intervention involves converting the five-storey building into 10 apartments for short-term accommodation, prioritising construction quality, comfort, and the functionality of the spaces.
