JM HOUSE

Entirely single-storey, the residence opens generously onto a spacious courtyard, establishing a continuous and harmonious relationship between interior and exterior. The uniform flooring, the strong horizontal lines, and the expansive glass panels reinforce the sense of freedom, creating spaces experienced without limits and where natural light becomes the protagonist at every moment of the day.

The façade reveals a quiet yet expressive composition, where every detail, from the clean corners to the soft texture, reinforces the project’s minimalist character.

The garden reveals itself as a connecting core between different areas of the house. In direct contact with a bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room, this courtyard was designed to extend the social environment to the outdoors.

PROJECT DETAILS

The vertical opening that follows the home’s interior corridor allows natural light to travel along its entire length. This side window creates a subtle play of shadows and reflections, continuously illuminating the space and bringing lightness to the passage.

The dark-toned exterior flooring creates a sense of warmth, while the neutral colours reinforce the feeling of comfort. Here, the house becomes a gathering place, welcoming social moments and relaxation with a privileged view.
